ABOUT US

Why train your team on virtual productivity skills?

Virtual Workforce Academy was created by Sonata Learning, a learning and performance consulting firm, based on years of experience helping organizations develop tools and training for virtual teams.

As a 100% virtual company, we’ve learned what works and what doesn’t for building and supporting an effective virtual workforce. Some organizations attempt to apply the same approaches they would for in-office teams, without accounting for the unique challenges and advantages of the virtual environment. Meanwhile, even “digital native” startups tend to approach virtual work haphazardly, without considering how to manage and develop their workforce efficiently as they grow.

The courses offered through Virtual Workforce Academy are designed to develop skills, raise awareness and spark discussion of how virtual team members can work together more productively and develop a vibrant, inclusive culture.

Whether your organization is only beginning to embrace virtual work or seeking to strengthen existing policies and procedures, Virtual Workforce Academy can help you realize your goals.
